Customized Attention

1. After placing the order, please send us the information or pictures you want to print in time (your name, the text you want us to print, etc). If you want to change the color of the text or the character font, you can send us a message telling us about the change.

2. If you fail to send us the information and pattern within 2 days, we will print the name of the receiver and the default character font and pattern. 

3. We will print and deliver the customized item two business days after confirming the information.

4. Please note Emoji & Symbols WILL NOT Recognize by system.

5. This is a customized product, so please don't ask for a refund after placing the order, because we have been producing it. 

6. Please pay attention to the location of the mobile phone camera and don't send photos whose key part will be covered by the camera.
